Ford Explorer is the Best Explorer Ever

You can expect a more comfortable and quieter ride with the new Ford Explorer. The engine's performance is enhanced by the new exhaust resonators and intake manifold that also reduce induction and exhaust sounds. The Climate control system or the A/C system is likewise improved, making it 30 percent quieter than before.

If you are going to look into the details of this SUV, you would see some changes as well. A new Ford door handle is integrated into the forward end of the armrest, which makes it easier for the passenger to open the door. Explorer's rugged look is enhanced by the new 18-inch chrome Ford wheels wrapped in all-season tires. With all these new exciting features, there's no doubt the 2011 Ford Explorer is the Best Explorer Ever.

For the 2010 model year, the Explorer is available with the familiar base XLT, XLT Sport, Eddie Bauer, and Limited trim levels. Our test “truck” (and when you see the standard equipment list, you’ll see why it’s sometimes difficult to call this thing a truck) was fitted with the top-of-the-line Limited package. Included is an impressive array of standard equipment: monochromatic paint, 18-inch chrome-clad aluminum wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control (with an auxilliary rear climate control, 6-way power front passenger seat and 10-way power memory seat for the driver, heated front seats, power-adjustable pedals with memory, heated exterior mirrors, leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio/cruise controls, and a premium sound system with an in-dash 6-disc CD changer.
