The Bajaj XCD 135 DTS-Si will directly target rival company Hero Honda’s best-selling Splendor/Passion range. Aiming to boost its sagging sales, Motorbikes giant Bajaj Auto said it plans to launch a new 135 cc sports-commuter motorcycle. The Bajaj XCD 135 cc DTSi have a number of features than those in the existing Pulsar bike, like a 5-speed gearbox, a 10.5 hp output, 65/70 km per litre mileage, a digital cockpit, nitrox rear suspension, low-friction front suspension, twin pilot headlamps and LED tail lamps. The bike will be produced at Pantnagar and will be rolled out from Bajaj’s Waluj plant.
